Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LollaTix (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases. Some events have additional age restrictions noted on the event page.

3. Tickets & Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders we believe were made fraudulently or in violation of these terms. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

4. Refunds

All sales are final unless the event is canceled and not rescheduled, in which case full refunds are issued automatically. See our Buyer Guarantee for details.

5. Resale

Tickets may not be resold above face value where prohibited by local law. Resale through unauthorized channels voids our Buyer Guarantee.

6. Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to scrape, scalp, bot, or otherwise abuse the platform. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of tickets.

7. Limitation of Liability

LollaTix is not liable for events themselves, venue conditions, artist performance, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the affected tickets.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
