  • How do I track my order?+

    Use the Track Order form below with your order number (starts with LP-) and the email used at checkout. Signed-in customers see every order in their account.

  • When will my tickets arrive?+

    Tickets are issued exactly 72 hours before the event. You'll receive an email and push notification the moment they're released to your account.

  • Can I update my delivery email?+

    Yes — sign in and open the order, or contact support 24/7 with your order number and the new email address.

Mobile Tickets

Add tickets to Apple/Google Wallet and troubleshoot scanning.

  • How do I add tickets to my wallet?+

    Once tickets are issued (72 hours before the event), open your delivery email on your phone and tap 'Add to Apple Wallet' or 'Save to Google Wallet'. The barcode is generated fresh each time you open it.

  • My barcode won't scan at the gate.+

    Turn brightness all the way up, disable auto-rotate, and make sure the screen is unlocked. If it still fails, show staff the order email — the box office can reissue a new barcode.

  • Can two people use the same ticket?+

    No — each barcode is single-use and tied to the original purchaser.

Cancellations & Refunds

What happens when an event is canceled or rescheduled.

  • The event was canceled — what now?+

    You'll automatically receive a full refund to your original cryptocurrency wallet within 7–10 business days. No action needed.

  • The event was rescheduled. Do I get a refund?+

    Your tickets are valid for the new date. If you can't attend, request a refund within 30 days of the announcement from your account.

  • Can I cancel a ticket I changed my mind about?+

    All sales are final. LollaTix does not operate a resale marketplace, so please be certain before completing checkout.

Buyer Guarantee

Every ticket is verified, on time, and refunded if it's not.

  • What does the Buyer Guarantee cover?+

    Every ticket is 100% authentic, will be issued 72 hours before the event, and grants entry. If anything goes wrong, we refund you fully or replace with equivalent or better seats.

  • What if my tickets don't arrive?+

    We'll find you replacement tickets at equal or better seats, or refund you in full — your choice.

  • Does the guarantee apply to resale tickets?+

    LollaTix does not resell tickets. Every ticket on the platform is sold directly by us and fully covered by the Buyer Guarantee.

Payments & Receipts

Accepted cryptocurrencies and downloading receipts.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?+

    Cryptocurrency only. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC, and USDT. No credit cards, debit cards, or fiat payment methods are accepted.

  • Do you offer payment plans?+

    No — all orders must be paid in full in cryptocurrency at checkout. Payment plans are not available.

  • Where can I download my receipt?+

    Sign in and open the order — there's a 'Download receipt (PDF)' button showing the on-chain transaction hash. We also email it within minutes of purchase.

Transfers & Resale

Our policy on transferring and reselling tickets.

  • Can I transfer a ticket to a friend?+

    No — tickets are non-transferable. Each ticket is locked to the original purchaser's account and ID may be checked at the gate.

  • Can I list tickets for resale?+

    No. LollaTix does not operate a resale marketplace and reselling LollaTix tickets through any third-party platform voids them.

  • What if I can no longer attend?+

    All sales are final and tickets cannot be transferred or resold. If the event is canceled, you'll receive an automatic refund.
